Augustine United Church has a firm commitment to promoting justice in our neighbourhood and around the world.
We have a Social Justice Team that helps the congregation actively participate in meeting the needs of humanity and creation. We respond to urgent situations regarding human rights and ecology through the Action Table, where we write letters and sign petitions. We also sponsor speakers and workshops on various topics of human rights and the environment. We have held organic lunches and 100-mile lunches after Sunday worship.
We work with several partner organizations and the Oak Table Community Ministry.
Please check our website regularly for upcoming events.

Augustine would like to thank the Winnipeg Foundation, the Community Places Program of Manitoba and the Sir Thomas Cropo Foundation Inc. for their support toward the replacement of the stained glass windows at the front of our building.
